Once a deposit has been confirmed by Blaze, and credited to your account, we are unable to reverse this transaction unless you have not placed any wagers yet. If you’d like to have your deposit refunded, please contact Live Support or email us at support@blaze.com. A customer service representative will be more than happy to assist you further.
Please note that normally we can only refund Credit / Debit card transactions at zero cost.
If you want to get a refund for a bank deposit, boleto, or any other deposit that is not Credit / Debit card, a 25% fee may be applicable. Example: You've deposited 100 by bank deposit, we can refund 75.
The reason for this high fee is because our transaction costs are very high for these type of transactions.
