There are a few possibilities:
- If you make a withdrawal when having active bonus balance, your bonus balance will be forfeited. We have this rule in place to avoid bonus abuse. This is warned when your first try to withdrawal while having bonus balance and, if you decide to continue and withdrawal, the bonus loss cannot be reversed.
- Most bonuses have an expiration date that is informed in the bonuses own text or it's rules. Unfortunately, once a bonus expires the unconverted bonus money associated with it will be removed from your account and no compensation will be given. Note that other bonus values associated with bonuses that have not expired will not be removed.
- If your account has been credited a bonus value due to a bug or if you violated site rules, it may be removed without compensation.
